New York–based DJ, producer Ma Sha is a vibrant force in the city’s underground. In 2017 she co-founded the now NYC staple event series Kindergarten , and later launched Kindergarten records. With a focus on cosmic club workouts and off-kilter rhythmic structures, Kindergarten Records quickly established itself as a home for hard-to-define, dancefloor-ready music. In 2022 the record label won “Best Breakthrough Label” at the DJ Mag North America Awards. As DJ Mag noted, the label “has become an essential outpost for hard-to-define, easy-to-dance-to club music,” while Resident Advisor described its output as “twisty, rowdy and unpredictable club music rooted in techno from both sides of the Atlantic.” Alongside running the label, Ma Sha holds down a residency at The Lot Radio and continues to develop her solo productions, channeling a high-voltage, experimental approach to dance music. Her releases include EPs on Steel City Dance Discs and Nervous Horizon, as well as appearances on Nerve Collect, Rhythm Section International, CEE, and her own Kindergarten Records.

Hailing from Mexico City and now based in Berlin, Viiaan is a producer, DJ, and curator working across experimental electronic and club music. Her work balances darkness with undeniable groove, which moves in tension and shadow, driven by fractured breaks, weighted percussion, and immersive dub and techno structures. Previous productions from Viiaan have been snapped up by Polygonia’s QEONE label, DJ Plead’s SUMAC, and EMA’s Woozy, with a versatile and cross-genre expanse of work that could be as easily placed into a deep and meditative ambient release or as a peak-time set. She has upcoming releases on HESSLE AUDIO, ANIMALIA, INTERNATIONAL CHROME, ACTA Recordings, and SONIDO ISLA. Each release explores a distinct facet of her sound. Her performances span clubs and festivals worldwide, including Tresor / Globus, OHM, Nowadays, Public Records, Sub Club, Ormside Projects, and Elsewhere.
