{special guest} - AMELIA HOLT
———————————
Amelia Holt stands out as one of New York's most unique and captivating selectors. Her distinctive approach to rhythm allows her to create DJ sets that blend percussive elements with electronic beats, transforming any dancefloor into an extraordinary, genre-defying experience. Audiences may encounter a diverse array of sounds in her performances, including broken beats, energetic dance tracks, alternative techno, sharp electro, and experimental krautrock, often within a single evening.
Holt maintains a residency at The Lot & Kiosk Radio and has graced some of New York City's premier venues, such as Good Room, Nowadays, Basement, Public Records, Nightmoves, and Bossa Nova Civic Club. She has also performed at notable festivals like Sustain-Release, Dripping, and Dimensions. Recently, she became a member of the programming team for the Sustain-Release Festival, where she plays a key role in curating a lineup that emphasizes innovation and diversity in electronic music. Outside the United States, she has shared her sound in Tbilisi, Mexico City, Berlin, Munich, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Lisbon, Madrid, Montreal, Sydney, and Melbourne, among others. In addition to her work in radio, Amelia curates the music newsletter In Your Dirty Ears and manages the party and label Honey Trap.
